Our Story
Sparrow Counseling
Sparrows are known for their resourcefulness and resilience. They also have many spiritual meanings including letting go, finding beauty in simplicity, staying positive, celebrating the small things and the importance of community. In various cultures sparrows symbolize love, loyalty and hope. Sparrows are mentioned several times in the Bible as a symbol of God's care for all creatures; alluding to the idea that even the seemingly insignificant creatures are known and loved by God in significant ways.
What is the price of two sparrows—one copper coin? But not a single sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it. And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows. Matthew 10:29-31
